Client must confirm the shoot by paying fifty percent in advance no later than three days prior the shoot and must make the rest of the payment right after the shoot. Rates are subject to change without any notice. The client will receive the rates posted at the time of the booking.

The photographs taken by Maria R Hitome Photography may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote Maria R Hitome Photography. Maria R Hitome Photography will never display the photographs in a negative or derogatory light, with names, or use the photographs for further financial gain outside of promoting Maria R Hitome Photography. The Client hereby releases Maria R Hitome Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Anyone uncomfortable with the above needs to mention in special message and Maria R Hitome Photography will not use those photographs for above mentioned purpose.

All photographs and copyrights are the property of Maria R Hitome Photography. The Client has permission to reproduce photographs. Client must get a prior written consent from the photographer and be compensated before using any of the photographs from the session for business purpose and/or monetary gain.
